‌The Kilner Glass Sprouting Set is designed to simplify sprouting and storing seeds or pulses, adding extra nutrients, flavour, and texture to your dishes. This set creates the optimal conditions for sprout development and is versatile, accommodating various sprout types like broccoli, green beans, radishes, lentils, and alfalfa. After soaking seeds or grains in the 350ml glass jar and draining using the stainless steel insert, the ceramic base facilitates sprout growth while safely draining excess water. Once sprouted, you can either consume them immediately or store them in the glass jar with the one-piece lid, providing flexibility in usage.
